To book access tickets please follow the instructions below or, alternatively, you can email access@kxtickets.com and speak to any member of the team for more information or to make a booking. Please note that tickets booked over the phone are subject to an additional fee of £2 per ticket. If you are booking for a performance at the Eventim Apollo please contact the Eventim Apollo directly on 020 8563 3800 and choose option 2. Alternatively, you can email info@eventimapollo.com for more information.

Witness For The Prosecution

If you have any concerns regarding seating requirements, we strongly recommend booking your seats in the Stalls.
The Galleries have no lift access, and very steep stairs to rows C and D.

What To Tell Us

So that the venue staff can ensure you have an enjoyable experience, you can let us know when you book your tickets whether you have any specific requirements, such as the need for step free access or if you will be bringing an assistance dog. You can discuss your needs by phone in confidence with our staff or you can self-certify when registering online.

If you are interested in Relaxed, Audio Described, BSL Interpreted or Captioned performances, you can let us know by phone, email or when registering for your account by checking the relevant box. Our team can let you know when these have been scheduled.

How To Book

You can make a booking in any of the following ways:

  1. You can email the box office on access@kxtickets.com - this inbox will be monitored from 10am-6pm Monday to Saturday.

  2. You can book online – to book tickets with specific requirements, you will need to register and create an account first.

Logging In To An Existing KX Tickets Account

Click on 'Login' at the top right of the page.
If you have your email address and password already, you can enter them to access your account and book your seats.

Adding Your Requirements To An Existing KX Tickets Account
Once you have entered your username and password and clicked the red 'login' button, you will be taken to a page showing your account details. On this page, there is a dropdown menu for specific requirements where you can add any that you may have. This will allow you to view and purchase suitable tickets on our website.

Creating a New KX Tickets Account

If you do not have a username and password, click the 'Register' button which can be found on the far right of the top menu, between the 'Login' and basket buttons.

Adding Personal Details and Access Requirements
You will need to enter some details about yourself, including your name, email address and phone number; we need these details so that your booking is secure - this means nobody but you can use your tickets, unless you expressly allow it.
Then you can use the dropdown menu to select your specific requirement. If you have more than one, please select the one that most closely describes your primary seating concern and then briefly explain any further needs you have in the 'Other Requirements' box or drop us an email at access@kxtickets.com so we can add the correct notes to your account. This will make future bookings even easier and if we spot that the seats you have bought aren't the best to suit your needs, we can pick up on this quickly and amend this for you.

Joining Our Mailing List To Be Notified Of Accessible Performances
If you are interested in a specific type of performance, you can use the second dropdown box to let us know that you would like to be informed when they are scheduled. When any performances matching your preference are announced, we will send you an email so that you can book your tickets.

    Creating a Password
You can then create a password for your account - you will need this to log in next time you want to buy tickets from us, so make it something memorable or make a note of it and keep it in a safe place.
(Don't worry if you do forget it though - you can reset your password by clicking 'Log in', entering your email address and clicking 'Reset here' next to 'Forgotten Your Password?' An email will be sent to you prompting you to click a link which will take you to a page where you can enter a new password)

    Adding Your Billing Details
Once you've entered these details, you will need to supply your postal address. This is so that your payment details can be verified with your bank and we have your address if you would like us to send you your tickets.
You can enter your post code and click 'Find Address' - this will allow you to select your address from a list - or you can enter your address manually, if you would prefer.

Contact Preferences - How Are We Allowed To Get In Touch With You?
You will then be asked about your Contact Preferences - this means you can tell us how you're happy for us to get in touch with you.
If you would like to be informed of upcoming productions, including accessible performances, you can decide whether you would prefer to get this information by email or by post (or both!) by ticking the box you choose.
If you would like the show's producers to be able to send you details of their upcoming productions, you can check the box to let us know you're happy for these selected third parties to contact you by email or post.
You can unsubscribe from this at any time by logging into your account and unticking the boxes, or clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the promotional email or by emailing us at access@kxtickets.com - we will ensure no further marketing is sent to you by post or email.
If you would rather not receive any contact from us or our producers, you can simply untick the boxes and we will not use your details to contact you unless there is an issue with the particular performance you have booked for. In the rare event that this happens, we will call or email you to let you know of any changes and whether you need to reschedule your tickets. Our staff can guide you through this process.

Once you've submitted these details, your account will be created and you'll be ready to purchase your tickets online.

You can then return to the 'What's On' section to pick a date and find tickets to the show(s) you wish to see - accessible seats will now be represented by a star icon on the seating plan.
Please note that, when booking for Witness for the Prosecution, the VIP Jury seats are also represented by a star icon - if you hover your mouse over any of these star icons or other seat you are interested in, you will be able to see additional information that will tell you details such as whether the seat it is suitable for wheelchair users, whether it has a good view of captions or good signal for the hearing loop.
If you are eligible for a discount, this will be applied to your basket automatically during the checkout process.

When you purchase your tickets online, you may receive a phone call from our box office for further information to ensure the seats you've booked are suitable and if there is anything we can do to make your visit easier or more comfortable for you. We do our best to protect this concession for those who rely on it and ensure any free assistance tickets are going only to those who need them.

If you want us to set up your account for you, you can call or email and we will get you set up to purchase online.

If you have requirements we have not covered in our online options, please do let us know at your earliest convenience so we can rectify this for you.

If there are no bookable wheelchair positions on the seating plan, you can either choose an alternative date or contact us: call 0333 320 1663 or email access@kxtickets.com.

Please note that if you need to book for multiple patrons in one booking, or multiple access rates across one particular show then our online system may have difficulty recognising this from your account (we are looking to rectify this asap) so do call us on 0333 320 1663 or email access@kxtickets.com to ensure your tickets are booked correctly.
